Our 3-month training programme for the Königstein, Grävenwiesbach, Frankfurt Höchst and Friedberg locations will start in September 2022. We want to make railway enthusiasts fit for their new job in the Start Taunus network.

We are looking for:
Your experience is a trump card with which we can score points with our service for both public transport authorities and passengers. Do you enjoy looking beyond the rails and implementing and developing creative ideas independently of your original field of activity? Then you've come to the right place.
Ideally, this is what you bring with you:
- Successful completion of secondary school and ideally a completed apprenticeship in the commercial sector.
- You have been working in the service sector for several years (e.g. gastronomy, hotel business, sales) and are characterised by an above-average customer and service orientation.
- You take on the role of host with enthusiasm and passion. With your cultivated, friendly manner, you like to communicate directly and at eye level with our passengers.
- You are not afraid to take on responsibility and maintain calm and an overview in challenging situations.
- You are willing to work irregular shifts, including weekends and public holidays, and to wear company clothing.
- You have a good command of German and can ideally also communicate with our passengers in English.

About Us:
We are a wholly-owned subsidiary of DB Regio and will be operating the RB11, RB 12, RB 15 and RB16 regional rail routes between Frankfurt, Königstein, Brandoberndorf and Friedberg from December 2022. What is special about this network is that with 27 hydrogen-powered vehicles of the type iLint from the manufacturer Alstom, the world's largest hydrogen fleet will be on the rails.
