We are looking for:

Together with your teammates R&D Shared Services - Product Testing & Measuring Room you are part of the R&D department of the BRITA Group. You will work closely with your colleagues in product development, quality assurance and external service providers and institutes. In our modern technical centre, you will carry out tests yourself, commission tests and manage the service providers. In addition, you will develop test methods and take responsibility for carrying out defect analyses, among other things. In addition, the development of methods for the purpose of automation or similar is also part of your interesting field of activity.

Your tasks essentially include:
- You analyse the test basis and define test objectives for mechatronic systems in the filter area.
- You develop test strategies for new developments as well as verification plans for integration and system tests based on product requirements.
- You coordinate and carry out the tests and participate in the further development of test automation and reporting.
- You are the contact person for specialist departments, process partners and suppliers.
- You evaluate, document and present test results.
- You work in cross-functional teams to prepare and carry out technical tests.

The best prerequisites for your entry:
- You have completed a technical degree in the field of electrical engineering, mechatronics, (business) informatics or a comparable qualification.
- You have several years of sound experience in testing electronic or mechatronic systems in the development environment, ideally in the area of complex digital projects.
- You have experience in the derivation and creation of test cases (certification according to ISTQB or similar would be an advantage) as well as in test engineering.
- You can confidently handle modern measurement technology and have experience in the collection and management of product requirements and user stories.
- You have knowledge of common requirements and development tools (e.g. Jira/Confluence, Doors or similar).
- Knowledge of one of the common programming languages such as Python or C for the purpose of automation and the use of LabVIEW are an advantage.
- You enjoy communication and professional exchange and are used to working in an international environment. You have good German and English language skills.
- Furthermore, you think and act in an entrepreneurial manner and have a high degree of analytical thinking skills.
