We are looking for:

Together with your teammates R&D Filter Systems & Solutions you are part of the R&D department of the BRITA Group. You will work closely with your colleagues in product development software and hardware, marketing, quality assurance and external service providers and institutes. The R&D Filter Systems & Solutions team is responsible for all filter systems at BRITA - whether for the household as a can system or for professional use in the water pipe.
Become part of the dynamic development team in which you will take responsibility for mechanical development and actively contribute to the development of future filter systems.

Specifically, this means:
- You will develop innovative products in the field of filter systems for various applications, from concept to series production.
- You will independently develop concepts under cost and production aspects
- You coordinate the relevant development tasks between in-house development and external partners
- You will be responsible for the specification of components (technical design, materials, dimensions and tolerances) and will prepare the necessary product documentation for the development side.
- You will carry out the scheduling and cost planning as well as the preparation of preventive quality measures in product development
- You work in the product development teams and act as a competent contact person in a pleasant, product-oriented, interdisciplinary development organisation

The best prerequisites for your entry:
- You have a completed technical degree in the field of mechatronics, mechanical engineering/plastics technology or a comparable qualification.
- You have relevant experience in the development of mechatronic systems and are familiar with the design of components
- Holistic approaches to solutions in interaction between mechanical, electronic and software development are a matter of course for you
- Working in CAD and a confident handling of MS Office programs are no problem for you.
- You have a self-confident appearance with assertiveness and persuasiveness and are enthusiastic about the development of new customer-oriented product solutions.
- You enjoy communication and professional exchange and are used to working in an international environment. You have good German and English language skills.
- Furthermore, you think and act in an entrepreneurial manner and have a high degree of analytical thinking skills.
