For our accommodation business we are looking for a committed and motivated caretaker for 65812 Bad Soden and the surrounding area.
Your tasks are as follows:
Grounds maintenance, street cleaning
Garden maintenance
Self-responsible provision of rubbish bins and containers for regular collection
Renovation and repair work
Winter service
Arrangement or implementation of protective measures in case of danger of frost
Operating and monitoring the hot water supply
Operating and monitoring the water treatment plant
Operation and monitoring of the lift

Basic knowledge in :
Winter service, garden and green space maintenance, repairs, maintenance, heating technology

Mandatory requirement:
Driving licence B (old FS3) car / minibus
