We are looking for:
Together with your teammates R&D Filter Systems & Solutions you are part of the R&D department of the BRITA Group. You will work closely with your colleagues in Product Development Mechanics and Hardware, Marketing, Quality Assurance and external service providers and institutes. The R&D Filter Systems & Solutions team is responsible for all filter systems at BRITA - whether for household use as a can system or for professional use in the water pipe.
Become part of the diverse and dynamic development team, in which you will take responsibility for embedded software and actively contribute to the development of the necessary firmware.

- Active software development of embedded systems / microcontrollers in C
- Independent development of embedded systems from the operating unit to control controllers
- Extensive co-design of system and software requirements
- Active contribution of ideas for the continuous improvement of our processes and active cooperation in our projects Close cooperation in the conception of software architecture and design for new developments
- Creation of requirements for the assignment of subtasks and personal control of communication with external partners

The best prerequisites for your entry:
- Successfully completed studies in the field of electrical engineering, information technology, communication technology, technical computer science or comparable field of study
- Professional experience in the development of embedded software
- Special experience with software test frameworks in productive use, ideally pytest, and with script programming
- Very good knowledge of programming in C/ C++
- Distinct technical-analytical and systematic way of working
- Confident handling of MS Office
- Good written and spoken German/English
- Technical understanding, result-oriented and structured work as well as commitment and teamwork
